60 min mash 65C
60 min boil

Fermentables
5.0kg / 11lbs Pilsner Malt
700g / 1.5lbs Wheat Malt
500g / 1.1lbs Flaked Oats

Hops:
4g / .15oz Galaxy – First Wort Hop
28g / 0.75oz Citra – 5 min
21g / 0.8oz Cascade – 5 min
24g / 0.8oz Citra – Whrilpool 20 min
24g / 0.8oz Cascade – Whirlpool 20 min
35g / 1.25oz Citra – Day 5 Dry Hop
35g / 1.25oz Cascade – Day 5 Dry Hop

Yeast
1 Pkg Mangrove Jack’s M66 Hophead

Other:
15 min – 1 tab of Irish Moss / Whirlfloc

OG: 1.070
FG: 1.013
ABV: 7.5%
