I Brewed A Beer With MYSTERY YEAST

Lurking at the back of my fridge is a mason jar of yeast. Mystery yeast. I truly have no memory of what it is. Sometimes I do steal yeast from starters and save it for later but this has been in the fridge for years without a label. So, I’m going to brew with it. And then Hernan and I are going to taste the beer and see if we can figure out what on earth it is.
